Step 1
Tell me your start date and what you need
Buy or rent, bedrooms, pets, school needs, and your start date. One text or one form is enough.
I-65 & SR 2 · Lowell, Indiana · Lake County
John Deere is building a 1.2 million square foot parts distribution center at the Lowell interchange. If you're relocating for it, I'll line up new homes and rentals near the site, check each one against the school line, and send you a move plan the same day you ask.
The project
| The project | 1.2 million sq ft parts distribution center on 234 acres · about $125 million · about 150 jobs (IEDC, January 2026) |

How the move works
Step 1
Buy or rent, bedrooms, pets, school needs, and your start date. One text or one form is enough.
Step 2
Homes and lots near the site that fit, each checked against the school line, water and sewer, and the builder's paperwork.
Step 3
I verify each home in person and send a video walk-through, so your trip is for signing, not searching.
Step 4
Same broker, same phone from the first text to closing or move-in. If you're renting first, ask about a lease with an option to buy, so you avoid moving twice.
Before you fall for a lot
School districts in The Flatlands follow townships, not mailing addresses or town names. Send a lot number, subdivision or street and I'll reply the same day with the district, water and sewer, and what's for sale near it.
