New homes near Kentland, Indiana

The Newton County seat, where US 41 meets US 24. The town runs its own water and sewer utilities and has applied for state funding to rebuild its water source and treatment. Outside town, most building is on country lots, so the well, septic and electric provider matter as much as the house.
