New homes near Rensselaer, Indiana

The Jasper County seat, where US 231 and SR 114 cross downtown on the Iroquois River. The city runs its own electric, gas, water and sewer, so inside city limits one office handles most of your utilities. Out in the county, lots are usually on well and septic, with REMC or NIPSCO power.

  • The Jasper County Courthouse and the Courthouse Square Historic District are on the National Register of Historic Places.
  • The city owns and runs five utilities, including electric.
